Returns Policy

At Fisher Creations, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

 

 **30-Day Return Policy:**

 

 You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

 

 **Items Not Eligible for Return:**

 

 Please note that personalized or customized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

 **How to Initiate a Return:**

 

 To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@fisher-creations.com to obtain a return authorization. Once your return is authorized, simply package the item securely and ship it back to us with the provided instructions.

 

 **Refund Processing:**

 Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

 Shipping


We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
